Draft. This is a plain-language draft for a Nigerian lawyer to review before launch. It is not final.

Rules for plugs

What you can sell, what it costs, and what happens if the rules are broken.

Fees

You pay when an order is released: 7% on goods and 10% on services. Withdrawals cost ₦100 under ₦10,000 and 1.5% from ₦10,000, added on top so you receive the full amount you ask for. The minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000.

Be honest about what you sell

Say plainly what the buyer gets, how it is delivered and how long it lasts. Set a review window you can stand behind, up to 72 hours. Deliver what the listing says, and reply to buyers in the order chat.

Your first listings

An admin reviews your first 5 listings before they go live. After 5 clean listings, new ones go live at once. Reports can still pull a listing down later: 3 reports from different accounts hide it until an admin reviews it, within 24 hours.

Not allowed on PlugZone

Stolen or hacked accounts, logins, cards or personal data. Malware, hacking tools, phishing and scam services. Fake documents and impersonation. Sexual content involving minors and other illegal content. Fake reviews and services built to deceive platforms or buyers. Cracked or pirated software. Anything illegal in Nigeria or the buyer's country.

Adult content is not allowed at launch. Gambling and betting accounts are being reviewed.

Selling social media accounts

You may sell accounts only if you created the account yourself, you own it, and you are allowed to hand over its login. You confirm this when you list it. Stolen, hacked or bulk-bought accounts, and fake-follower accounts sold as real, are banned.

You must hand over the recovery details, and the buyer confirms they can log in before releasing the money. Buyers are told that some platforms do not allow accounts to be transferred and can suspend them. A suspension by the platform after delivery is not covered.

Warnings, suspensions and bans

Breaking these rules leads to a warning, then a suspension of up to 30 days, then a permanent ban. Serious cases such as stolen data, scams or illegal content go straight to a ban. You get an email with the reason.

On a ban, open orders are refunded to buyers and your remaining balance is frozen until a super admin reviews it. You can appeal once by email within 7 days. A different admin answers.
