Draft. This is a plain-language draft for a Nigerian lawyer to review before launch. It is not final.

Refunds and disputes

How you get your money back if an order goes wrong, and when you cannot.

Where refunds go

Every refund goes to the buyer balance on PlugZone, never to a bank account. You can spend it on any order straight away.

When you get a refund automatically

If the plug misses the delivery time on the listing, you are refunded automatically after a short grace period. You do not need to ask.

When you can open a dispute

You can open a dispute at any time before you confirm that the order works, and within the listing's review window (up to 72 hours). Opening a dispute freezes the money, so the plug is not paid.

Use it for a login that does not work, an item that is not what the listing said, or a plug who took an account back.

What happens in a dispute

The plug has 2 hours to fix it. After that an admin reads the order chat and your proof and decides, aiming for 24 hours. The admin either refunds you or releases the money to the plug.

The order chat is kept as evidence. Only admins can see it.

Once you confirm, it is final

When you release the money, or the review window ends, the order is final. There is no refund and no warranty after that. Test what you bought inside the review window and confirm only when it works.

What is not covered

A ban or suspension by another platform after the account was delivered. The listing says this before you pay.

Top-ups you added to your buyer balance. They can be spent on PlugZone but not withdrawn.
