Terms of Service

When a buyer pays, the money is held by PlugZone. The plug is paid when the buyer confirms the order works, or when the listing's review window ends with no dispute.

Each listing sets its own review window, up to 72 hours. The listing shows it before you pay.

If a plug misses the delivery time, the buyer is refunded automatically to their buyer balance.

When a buyer confirms, or the review window ends, the order is final and cannot be refunded. There is no warranty after release. Test what you receive inside the review window, and open a dispute before you confirm if something is wrong.

Listing is free. When an order is released, PlugZone keeps 7% on goods and 10% on services. Buyers pay no fee, and top-ups are free.

Withdrawing to a bank costs ₦100 for amounts under ₦10,000, and 1.5% above that. The minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000. Withdrawals go to Nigerian bank accounts you have confirmed.

A buyer can open a dispute before confirming. The money stays frozen. The plug has 2 hours to fix the problem, then a PlugZone agent reads the order chat and the buyer's proof and decides, aiming for 24 hours. The agent either refunds the buyer or releases the money to the plug.

Each account has a daily withdrawal limit that depends on its tier. Adding a verified ID raises the limit. The first withdrawal at a higher limit may be held for review, up to 24 hours. New bank accounts and new devices need a code sent to your email.

You may not sell illegal content, stolen data, scams, or fake accounts, or sell accounts as real when they are not. Listings can be hidden after reports and reviewed by an admin.

Accounts and access, including social media accounts: many platforms do not allow accounts to be transferred, and they can suspend an account at any time. PlugZone does not control that. Sellers must confirm they created the account, own it, and are allowed to hand over its login.

We may warn you, suspend you for up to 30 days, or ban you for serious cases such as stolen data, scams or illegal content. On a ban, open orders are refunded to the buyers and the remaining seller balance is frozen until a super admin reviews it. You can appeal once by email within 7 days.
