Privacy Policy

Your email and password, the bank accounts you add for withdrawals, your orders and chats, and device information used to spot fraud. If you choose to verify, we also keep a photo of your ID.

To run your account and your orders, to pay you out, to keep the chat as evidence for disputes, and to stop fraud such as many accounts on one device.

Delivered files and ID photos are private. Delivered files are visible only to the buyer after payment, and ID photos only to admins. Order chats are visible to the two people in the order and to admins if there is a dispute. Buyers never see your bank details or ID.

We keep records for 5 years where the law requires it. This period will be confirmed by a lawyer.

We send order, wallet and dispute updates by Telegram or email, as you choose in Notification settings. Login, new-device and withdrawal codes always go to your email.

You can ask to see or delete your data by contacting support. Some records, such as completed orders and payouts, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
